Alpha Center is located at 89 Alexander Malinov Blvd., 4 Mladost Quarter, and has a direct connection with the existing public transport. The building is situated almost next to "Business Park Sofia"and is 1 minutes walk from the Business Park Metro Station. A big advantage is the easy access by car from the south side of the Sofia Ring Road, as well as the fast and direct road connection with Sofia airport.
The office building offers many offices and one shoping area which are independent from each other and have different access and infrastructure. The store is located at the ground floor. The total area of the shops is 1967,18 sq.m. The offices are dedsignes as an “open space” which allows optimization and easy changes. All the installation is placed inside the double floor and the suspended ceiling. The total office area is 3153.43 sq.m. and the clear floor height is 2.70 m. The building is constructed with double glazed windows that limit the UV-radiation and as a whole the facade have a higher energy saving coefficient.
The building has two underground parking levels for the tenants and their guests with 50 parking spaces available. At these levels, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems and a modern exhaust ventilation system are available. The security of the parking lot is carried out through access control and video surveillance.
Cooling, heating and circulation of fresh air are executed through four pipe VRV-system created by Dakin company – a leading firm on the market. The system allows to separate deferent temperature zones according to the requirentments of the user and in the same time it is quite energy efficient. The available elevators are “Thyssenkrupp” which are a luxurious high-speed machines. All installations and systems are also integrated in the BMS (Building Management System) that is centralized system for computer management of the building installation and equipment. The system manages and controls the consumption of energy, water, control access and signals in case of malfunction or problem. The fire safety system is achieved through fire alarm system which gives signal to the reception and to the place from which the building is controlled. Separately but integrated to the system there is a drench fire alarm installation which cover the places who can cause the biggest problems. "ALPHA CENTER" was built under the project of "CM Engineering" Ltd. with the chief designer Mr. Milen Pavlov and architect Daniela Yankova.
